I go to Floyd’s for my regular maintenance. They are always professional and polite. Of course they also do a great job. But my review has to do with them going above and beyond. My fob key battery quit why I was out and about It finally started and I went straight to Floyd’s. I explained my situation and he replaced my battery and did not charge me for time or battery. I know it’s a small matter to them but it really helped me out in a bad moment.
I have been going to Floyd's for years. They do great work and are always honest and fair. We all know how difficult that can be to find these days! I would highly recommend Floyd's to anyone!
Recently took my daughter's first car to them after a referral from Landmark. Best decision we've made so far with this car. They were fast, affordable (by a wide margin) and very accommodating. We needed new struts and not only did we have them installed in less than 48hrs, additional corresponding parts were replaced as they were worn at no charge. We only just met these gentlemen, but they were already treating us like long standing customers. They will have my business until the wheels fall off this car.
This a great shop for imports! They are fair, the labor prices are reasonable and they do not try to oversell you. A very fair and friendly shop for women, you don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. I would send my Grandmother here. I can't offer a better review than that.
I have been a loyal Floyd Imports customer starting 2 cars ago! When on my first visit I thought I needed new brakes, they assured me I was good for another 5,000 miles or so, I knew this was an honest bunch of guys! Been going back ever since and refer everyone I know who has an import to the Floyd boys!
